I’m a reader, a recommender, and reviewer. I never accept remuneration for a review and I review only the books I deem worthy here on this site. If it’s here, that means I think it’s worth your time. That means, I rated most of the books here 4 and 5 stars. That also means I probably will not feature 100s of books here. Only the best ones. My hope is that you’ll come to visit when you need a good book, because all the books you find here are good ones.

My favorite thing about this site (aside from the great stories) is the menu. That might sound boring, but seriously, click the little menu button in the upper right and you can choose to see only my reviews in one particular category. The main page shows every review, but if you’re looking for only European settings, or historical novels, or contemporary, check the menu – it’s exactly what I was hoping for when I started the site because . . . sometimes you know what kind of book you want to look for, but the other sites make you search for a specific book or browse all of the books.

Let’s face it, there are a lot of books out there. I make sure the books on this site are worth your time. In my singular humble opinion, that is.
